Hey, I'm Michael — a student studying IT and web development, and a self-described newbie typist. I built TypeScripture because I got tired of typing random words and wanted my practice to actually mean something.

I was grinding away on typing games and it hit me — why am I memorizing nonsense when I could be learning scripture at the same time? So I decided to build it myself using AI.
📖 How it happened

The idea started on a trip to Korea. I went to meet my fiancée's family. While everyone was sleeping I opened Google Gemini and built a rough version overnight just to show her before she woke up.

I "beta tested" it on the 16 hour flight. I propped my phone up against my laptop, opened my Bible app to Acts 7, and typed the whole thing into Notepad. That was the first real test.

I made this for God's glory, not for profit. If you sign up I'm not going to sell your email, spam you, or do anything weird with your data. It's just a typing app built by a guy who loves the Word.
